Terrible! Save your money & go to Dr Darcie Bradley. Dr Wirtz removed my child’s braces and there was still an overbite plus due to a tech giving incorrect directions re banding, the teeth were moved to the right. He offered no solution even though I offered to pay more to have him correct these issues. Thank goodness we found an orthodontist who knows what she is doing.

I had many different consultations. He was my third opinion. Left the office feeling confident and excited about going forward with treatment here. Great staff and a great orthodontist!

My daughter's wire broke 2 days ago. She was in extreme pain. The wire was gauging her gums. I called and called dr wirtz. Left messages of distress on the emergency voice mail. Dr wirtz never replied. I kept calling the emergency line and leaving messages pleading for help. I got so distraught that I called the police and asked for advice. They said to stay away from the hospital. The police called dr wirtz's emergency line. He didn't respond to them either. I had to contact another orthodontist who finally helped my daughter. I cannot describe how angry I am that dr wirtz wouldn't help us in a time of great distress. He should have his license revoked immediately and permanently. I am grateful for the orthodontist who did treat my daughter and ended her suffering. I hope anyone who is considering dr wirtz reads this and chooses another provider.
