Dr. Bryan Haynes, DDS

This review is for Dr. Haynes' office and Harrita. Absolutely terrible experience. I missed an appointment because I had moved across the country, and forgotten (in the midst of the hundreds of things I needed to do) to update my mailing address with my Dentist - as if I would ever be going to a dentist across the country.They must have tried calling, and I never confirmed the appointment. Somehow, 7 months after I had moved cross country, I get a phone call and an email stating that I am the office $50, and that if I don't pay it within 10 days, they are going to send it to collections.I never received a phone call before then, no email - nothing. But they threatened me for collections for a missed appointment.A disgrace: worst business I have ever interacted with, and I have never left a negative review for anyone. Congratulations Dr. Haynes on all your hard work after so many years: this is the fruit.

I’ve mostly seen Dr. Amani and I’ve been very pleased with the care he provides. He gives me plenty of information to make my own decisions and doesn’t push any unnecessary treatments.

Great staff, great doctors. I've seen both Dr. Haynes and Dr. Amani at Dr. Haynes's office and have to say, they're some of the best. Highly recommended.

He and his staff failed to submit my claim to my insurance company and after two years sent me a bill at the same time they sent it to collections. Run from this quack and his incompetent office staff!
