I went in for a routing cleaning this morning. I was greeted when I entered and checked in. My appointment started on time. The hygienist was so helpful and kind. She answered my questions and was gentle with my teeth and gums while still getting things clean. The treatment room was immaculately clean and the office has a great setup. The Dr. Matthews came in to examine my X-rays and teeth and gave me a clean bill of health and to return for routing cleanings every 6 months. I like that he has a relatable sense of humor and is reassuring to patients while answering questions. Thank you for such a pleasant experience every time.

I had occasion to require a non-scheduled appointment. I believed I had gotten a cavity, and I called on 4-18 to request an appointment with Dr. Dan. I was immediately scheduled by Kerrie to come into the office at 3:15 pm on 4-20. It was indeed a cavity, and Dr. Dan, with his usual expertise, friendliness, and respect, repaired the tooth expeditiously and competently. Needless to say, this dental practice - to which I have utilized since the 1980’s - continues to provide outstanding services to all of their patients, and they are all to be commended for their efforts. Dr. Dan Matthews answers all my questions and does an outstanding job on any dental issue I have.

The dentists work together and act like second opinions within the office. They all agreed that my tooth had a fracture and initially I was told I needed a crown, which didn’t sound unreasonable to me, but Dr. Brian said he could fix it with a filling instead of a crown because of how the tooth was cracked, and this postponed my needing a crown for many years!

Dr. Matthews did a root canal on a healthy tooth and neglected the tooth right next to it that was cracked. After many visits, he inserted crowns and could not adjust the crowns to give me a correct bite. Only a new dentist did that for me. The aggravating ordeal took place over 6 months and two calendar years, leaving 2 thousand dollars of insurance money on the table and costing me two thousand dollars out of pocket. I am a 30-year customer but have lost all trust in Bruce Matthews.
