Bait and Switch
I made an appointment at Dr. Pulliam's office. First visit with Medicare Advantage coverage. I confirmed with the office manager that they would accept my insurance. Two cleanings/year, x-rays, and fluoride treatment were suppose to be included at no cost. Dr. Pulliam charged me $2,818 before they took insurance into consideration. I had to pay $851.72 before I left the office. Outrageous!
