I have seen Dr. Allen twice for dental work. He answered every question I had and gave me additional information to help me read up on what was going on with my tooth. The procedure was done safely and super efficiently. I was 100% happy with the appointment, the work done, the staff, and the doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Allen performed root canal therapy for me, and I was very impressed with both him and his team. Upon arriving at his office, his staff was very friendly and professional. Next, Dr. Allen clearly explained the root canal procedure to me and worked to ensure that I experienced little or no pain during the procedure. The total time for my root canal procedure was about 45 minutes and I had virtually no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Overall, I rate Dr. Allen and his staff as 5 stars "excellent" and I plan to use him again as the need arises. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! GREAT DENTIST!!!

Had some reservations as to having my root canal done because of some of the stories that I've heard. They couldn't have been farther from the truth! Dr. Allen took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. The actual root canal was, dare I say, enjoyable? Yes, I felt nothing and was extremely at ease and was actually humming along to a great playlist they had running! The staff were all really great and took time to explain everything and made things so wonderful !!

For my first root canal, this was the best possible scenario I could have asked for. Dr. Allen used cutting edge laser technology to clear out my canal completely. All small tributaries off of the main canal were cleared out as well. He talked me into an internal bleaching on my front tooth, as opposed to a crown, and I am so glad I listened to him. Dr. Allen is one of the most unprofessional health providers I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He refused to help my daughter while he was on call. He spoke negatively about our provider who referred us to him. He was very rude and condescending to both my husband and I. I work in the medical field and hold a Masters Degree. My husband is a Vanderbilt educated attorney. He spoke with us as if we were incompetent. I would not recommmed him at all. His staff members are nice.
