Very long wait times

He is a decent dentist. But his staff?! They are far from competent. Scheduling mix ups to billing under incorrect codes. It's like a circus of clowns. One of the women at the front desk tell me that they were short-handed & today just isn't a good day to talk to her. Really? I returned less than a month later because one of my crowns came off, I saw my old neighbor at the front desk and she was in a full fledged argument about about a bill. She warned me. Wish I would have listened
