Love Dr. Prudent, however the front staff is terrible. I'm hoping this message gets to the doctor, because it's not his fault if he starts losing patients at Mayo Dental Clinic, in Moline, IL, due to horrible customer service. Dr. Prudent is a wonderful doctor. He is very pleasant and caring, even taking trips to poor countries in order to help those less fortunate with dental care. However, the front staff are very snooty, unpleasant, and rude. I really hope this message gets to someone that can retrain office staff to not think they are superior to their patients. As much as I approve of Dr. Prudent. I would not recommend Mayo Dental Clinic in Moline, IL due to horrible customer service.

Very professional on task and sensitive to patients needs. In-and-out an precise in amount of time quoted for appointment. quite knowledgeable an a calming presence.
