Unprofessional and rude
Brian needs to retire and Rebekah in the office needs a new profession. I went in with a tooth ache scheduled by the VA which pays for all of my dental needs. Needed a root canal but was denied and not treated. Had to get another dentist to pull the tooth and the one next to it because of the Palmer Dental delays. I had additional dental insurance and they had all of my information. After their 3 week summer vacation other work was done ok. Paid for cancer screening that was never performed and not refunded. No sink was at the dental chair either. Brian was called away and his assistant too which left me waiting for suction. The assistant came back and saw me walking around looking for a sink to spit in but the one in the hallway was not functioning. I made it to the one down the hall after spitting in my hand. When Brian returned the assistant handed him the rubber wedge that had fallen onto the floor and he put it in my mouth. Many other problems with them too.

Dr. Palmer told me I needed over $4,000 in extensive dental work performed during a consultation. I went and got a second opinion from another dentist who literally could not “try” to find the dental work Dr. Palmer has listed on his quote. It was the 2nd dentists opinion, and now I’ve heard similar stories, that Dr. Palmer is overly aggressive in his treatments; whether it’s job security, or lack of experience.

I see them every 6 months. Occasionally I have a cavity and have to return. Love that I don't have to spend much time there.
