I'm very disappointed in the office staff, organizational chaos, and lack of customer service training here. Came in for 2 root canals. My original appointment was for 8:45am they asked that we come in at 8:30am then the day before they asked that we come in at 8:00 to make sure there was time. They only have nitrous in one room. I didn't know i had to ask which room they had it in. So when they took 5 minutes to change to another room, they told me I would have to come back for the second one. As I was leaving, they charged me for the second procedure without telling me or doing it. Then they were completely unapologetic about the entire thing and made it about me not knowing to all ahead of time for nitrous. Now my industry money won't roll over. I've had this appointment for like a month.

Strongly recommend Dr. Hornberger. Surgery went well and corrected my problem. Chairside manner was impeccable. Eased my stress ober the pain that I was experiencing. Couldn't have found a better dentist. His staff was excellent, professional and caring.

I had an ongoing infection on my molar which needs root canal retreatment. They put me on their schedule right away. Dr Hornberger explained everything to me about what caused the infection and what will be the treatment plan. His office though small is well equipped & clean with all necessary gadgets. The procedure went well and it went fast. He explained to me step by step as he was doing the procedure painlessly. It helps calm my nerves too. He's very good at his specialty, highly recommended
