Bossy, very self absorbed personality. No charm, robotic, poor communication and customer service . No assistant to help, outdated dental and phone communications equipment and inconvenient delays.

Very slow process The whole experience was slow and unpleasant, the phone was not answered during business hours. No hygienist, the same person assisting in administration, assists with some dental work, she was nice except she is not able to make basic decisions, book appointments, answer basic questions without having to talk to the dentist. The dental work was average and not worth the wait.I expected much better communication, more energy, and a warmer friendlier interaction with this dentist that has been practicing for almost 50 years.
