Dr. Brian Goldstein, DDS

I'm 70 years old, and have had numerous oral surgeries and this "Doctor's" complete lack of listening ability is only the tip of the iceberg. He chatter'd with his assistants through the entire ordeal. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism by the other people in the office, and will continue with them, but Not with Goldstein. I regret that I must see him one more time so that he can remove the sutures. I will not see him again after that.

I let him know I was nervous and asked him if It was going to hurt & his response was IT IS WHAT IT IS !!!!! So from there I didn't have a good feeling about this at all . Instead making me feel comfortable and at ease he's being an AHole ! He started the procedure and it wasn't numb enough so I said ahh.. ever so slightly . He had a nerve to say, DONT EVEN , YOU BETTER NOT EVEN SCREAM ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS !!!!! LIKE Are You Fing Serious that's how you treat your patients !!!????? What happen to making them feel comfortable in anyway or making sure there numb so they don't feel it ??? I'm a little lost this guy's license should be revoked !!! He needs a reality check because he's ignorant, mean, and very disrespectful, and not at all sympathetic when it comes to someone being in pain just a little . He shouldn't be a dentistry at all !!!!! Nobody go to him you will regret it . Also, he was so rough my mouth is bleeding uncontrollably and my jaw hurts I shouldn't be hurting right now!

Dr Goldstein was very nice and the assistants as well. Unfortunately I couldnt go through with the extractions because I got a serious allergic reaction from the medications I was given. There was nothing wrong with what they did. I didn’t even know I was allergic to the medications. Except for the allergic reaction and ER trip, Dr Goldstein was very nice. I would absolutely go again if I could. The assistants made sure I was ok and waited with me until rescue came.

Horrible experience with this dentist.... are you even a medically professional oral surgeon??? Says here you PRACTICE dentistry. I’m actually relieved you didn’t follow through with my tooth extraction. I mean I did spend 3 hours at the thundermist in west Warwick and would’ve been nice to leave without this aching tooth still in my mouth BUT after doing research on you and having my own personal experience with you. I have to say you are far from professional. No one needs a degree or any schooling to know your supposed to numb the gums before you start injecting a syringe of Novacaine into their mouth. Also, it’s quite unprofessional and rude to get mad over your patient being in pain. Not even just that but you walked out of the room and said your not continuing my oral surgery and that I need to be sedated. I’ve never in my life had to be sedated for a tooth extraction... even when I had 5 teeth pulled in under 5 minutes I was not sedated just numbed good. Takes notes Goldstein...
