Dr Benedict is very nice and professional, but the front office is a nightmare to deal with. They are rude and very unprofessional. They really need to clean house at reception and find people who are actually care about patients.

Dr. Benedict is nice and knowledgeable but does not spend time with patient and does not preform much by himself. He depends on his staff, if the patient needs to see him he will have to wait for about 15 to 20 min. The administration of the office is not organized, the accountant part is very missed up. Bills skipped because of staff changes and system issues and the insurance follow up is poor.

Dr. Benedict and all of his staff are wonderful, professional, competent, & caring.
Dr. Benedict even came in to the office after hours once in 5 inches of snow to see my daughter when her bracket broke.
I'veworked in healthcare for 30+ years & am very particular about health providers. We consultated with 4 different orthodontists before deciding to proceed with Benedict Orthodontics. Even though it wasn't the closest to our home we selected Benedict & are so glad we did!!
