Dr. Brenda Pierce, DDS

I found this office staff to be so rude that I changed doctors, despite the fact that Dr. Pierce is very nice and attentive. I don't like being told "We're not that late" when I ask how long I'll have to wait for a scheduled appointment, I don't like "there you go" in stead of "thank you" when I'm paying potentially thousands of dollars, and I don't like an office manager who refuses to listen to feedback because "other patients might hear you." An assistant told me not to come in for what was a protruding piece of bone, that it would go away on its own, and I wound up having to make an emergency visit to a dentist in San Francisco. When you enter the office, women behind the glass look at you but don't even say "good morning." I had my implants done by Dr. Pirie who has a wonderful staff with a great attitude.

First visit to this office, my appointment was with Dr. Pierce to discuss an appliance for my sleep condition. Very friendly front desk staff, was called into the exam area on time, meeting Dr. Pierce was a very good informative experience, she covered and answered all my questions, we then proceeded to make the models for the appliance. Overall a great experience at the office of Drs. Nager and Dr. Pierce.

I really enjoyed visiting your dental office, you have a professional staff! From start to finish, it was a professional experience. Great office staff too.
