A great dentist, he is very polite and genuinely cares about his patients.

The only concern this dental practice has is how to make money. My dental insurance requires a $20 per quadrant co-pay, no problem. However they would not do it unless I paid $850 out of pocket. I feel like I am trying to be up sold the minute I walk through the door.

Terrible job teeth cleaning and outrageous rip off. I tried Dr. Au after starting Medicare and New Visions was included as a provider. When making the appointment I made clear that I only wanted a cleaning. (I take excellent care of my teeth, getting them cleaned every 4 months.) The office was vague on how much more I would pay beyond the basic care, and acted like I was out of line to ask. After pushing me for this picture and that, all the while me saying all I want is a cleaning, they had a technician POLISH (not clean) my teeth. The bill sent to Medicare? $1,360. Medicare paid $114. The business should not be allowed to serve Medicare patients, or anyone that doesn't want dishonest charges.

My family and I have been with Dr. Au for the past 10 years. We followed him when he left his previous office. Hard to find a jones, great dentist like Dr. Au. One of a kind

I highly recommend Dr. Brandon Au to my family and friends. He will take good dental care for you. He does everything. Unlike other dental offices, Dr. Au is capable of doing all phases of dentistry and not likely be referred out to a specialist.
