Dr. Birrer is an Excellent doctor who takes time to do things perfectly and explain to his patients, what he is doing or will be doing. Getting 3 mercury amalgum fillings removed plus two new crowns made and seated in the same visit was almost unbelievable.

I believe getting your teeth cleaned by an integrative dentist is far better than a regular dentist. They do so much more to make sure your mouth is healthy and help you correct the things that contribute to your body’s health!

Everyone in the office took their time answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining my treatment plan.

Dr. Birrer addressed my emergency situation immediately and thoroughly. When an endodontist needed to be contacted, and I had no phone, Dr. Birrer immediately contacted the other office, and got me in to see a dentist there. It's a very good thing he did, given the severity of the infection which had done some traveling. Dr. Birrer and his staff where, again, not only very helpful, but very gracious throughout the whole process. I feel so blessed, and happy that he was there, and did as he did... And he has worked with the same expertise, kindness, and grace, all the other times I've seen him.

Great dentistry, details, and demeanors! Every member of the staff I met was friendly and provided great customer service as well as detailed explanations of procedures. From my first phone call with Gina to get scheduled, I felt comfortable and taken care of. I was able to do my paperwork online ahead of time, and then when I got to my appointment, check-in was very easy. My assistant Kelsie and Dr. Short were both amazing, as well as my hygienist Emily. They were all very thorough in their work. Then checkout with Anthony was easy and transparent. I am excited to go back for my next cleaning.

Although I just met Dr. Birrer last week, my review of the office was not as positive as is Dr. Birrer. He was nice although he spent about 3 minutes with me. My concern was the way I was treated by Emily, the dental hygienist. She never greeted me or said goodbye, and started with a yelling lecture on why I should have Xrays. They gave me a paper to sign, and she started screaming that the paper they provided did not remove them from liability. The ADA does not say we need continued Xrays, and there was no reason. In addition, Emily pushed so hard checking my gums that it caused pain and bleeding. She stated that I could not return unless I had x-rays. When the doctor arrived, she proceeded to lie to him, making the numbers on 1 tooth higher than what she told the assistant. Although after cancelling my appointment due to a covid occurrence there and coming in 3 months later, she barely had to do any cleaning, my gums were good, and my home care is excellent. Been going here for over a year now, and love everything about this office. It's clean, and they are doing more than anyone I've heard of to help keep the office in tip-top shape during these times. Their safety protocols are amazing, and make it feel safe to be in an office where you have to have your mouth open for periods of time. Emily is a genius, and I don't think I'd ever have anyone else ever clean my teeth. David and Kelsie are just the best assistants to Dr. Birrer and Dr. Short. Marlena and Gina always help me get my appointments set, and checked-in quickly. Never even have to say my name when I walk in, they already know everyone, even with masks on. Their attention to details is just astounding! Seriously, if you ever need a dentist office that not only does your routine things, but makes sure to always go beyond and properly educate you on oral hygiene, you would be hard pressed to find a better place!

I had my semi-annual cleaning with x-rays this time and the team of Dr. Birrer, Emily and David provided excellent care. They are all welcoming/friendly, efficient/focused in the work they do, suggest some new ideas for improved at- home care like using woven floss, and coach me on any special care for the next six months without coming across as being critical. Thank you.

Best dental visit I've ever had, my dentists, dental assistant, and hygienist were all outstanding. They actively listened to my needs and concerns. Felt totally comfortable with their Covid precautions in place. Procedure required anesthesia, techniques used to distract and lessen sensation from the numbing shots worked great. Dr. Birrer was very nice and reassuring throughout. Would highly recommend.

Emergency visit to re-seat an onlay that came off. Cleaning off the old cement from the tooth was not an easy job but Dr. Birrer was excellent. Very thorough and very gentle! The assistant did a great job too. I really appreciated them being there to help emergencies during the coronavirus crisis. The safety procedures followed in the office were well planned and extremely professional (as they always are at Integrative Dentistry). I received compassionate and attentive care and highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Dr. Birrer. He's so knowledgeable and thorough. He goes the "extra mile" to make sure he has all of the information necessary to determine any course of action to take on your oral health. He is knowledgeable, talented and his staff are kind, courteous and they follow-through with any items that need to be handled. I highly recommend Dr. Birrer.

I've been going to Dr. Marder/Integrative Dentistry for close to 30 years. It's probably not often to hear people say that they love their dentist but I do! Dr. Marder is very knowledgable and would never recommend any procedure that's not needed. My hygienist, Jessi, always takes gentle and thorough care of my teeth & is always great to talk to! The staff is very professional yet so super friendly. I will be sad to not be able to come here for my dental care after I move away in the near future.
