The staff is nice but they will charge you for things they are not supposed to like cancellation and late fees. They don't care that the VA population is disabled and that's why they VA or community care doesn't charge extra fees. They state that they have a contact at the VA that says they are allowed to charge extra fees (despite it being in the provider community care guideline no provider shall charge cancellation fees) and if you ask for that contact information so the folks at community care can contact them and get the issue resolved the Farmington dental office will cancel you appointment no matter how severe your dental issue is. They cancelled mine the day before the appointment, and not I am still dealing with a cracked tooth that should have been fixed. Causing me long term pain and migraines and anxiety. I have been at the VA since 2009 and this is the first time I've made a complaint to patient advocacy regarding a clinic my experience was that awful. Stay at the VA!

Came in for two silver filling replacements to white ones. left with two crowns. Both crowns have been painful for years now I now I need two root canals and maybe surgery one is so bad. Will rob you blind with unnecessary procedures. My new dentist looked at X-rays. He said the crowns were completely unnecessary.

I enjoy my dental visits. I see them every 6 months and have to return occasionally for a cavity. As much as I like them, that's enough for me.

Excellent dentist!!!!! Been going to him for years. At one point, I had to see another dentist who commented that whoever was doing my dental work did an excellent job. He genuinely cares about his patients!! In my book, "he walks on water."
