My root canal procedure was a bit more challenging. My general and competent dentist attempted it, but was unable to see the bases of narrowed canals. I was then thankfully referred over to Dr Stoyanova and went to her the following day. She was able to view the problem areas through her microscope dental technology, and she proceeded to perform a completely successful double root canal procedure to relieve my constant pain from that troublesome tooth. Dr Stoyanova carefully explained the stages of what she needed to do, receptionist and dental assistant are also very knowledgable, caring and kind. I highly recommend Prime Endodontics!!! :)

From the kind, caring and helpful receptionist to the skilled and compassionate Dr stoyanova and her excellent assistant my experience was perfect . I work in healthcare so I am very critical of non caring providers . It makes a world of difference to feel valued . Everything was patiently. explained and all questions answered until I felt comfortable about my problem and the procedure needed.

Great Experience while dealing with a difficult tooth infection.The office is immaculate.Dr Stoyanova is a talented endodontist who explains everything clearly, She listened to everything that I said and asked. Her answers were clear and thorough. She persisted with finding a solution to my difficult issue which was not an easy task. Her staff members are kind and thorough and professional as well. Emil is tremendous .

After reading Dr. Stoyanovas reviews I set up an appointment for a consultation. She and her staff were so welcoming and stayed late for me. I never felt rushed or that I asked too many questions. The office was very clean and stylish. I had my root canal done yesterday. I was so nervous. I feel like I have ptds from some past awful experiences. This was my third root canal and by far the most pain free. I was told during the entire appointment what she was doing. I never felt the needles (I am truly petrified of them). She is so calming. I would highly recommend Dr. Stoyanova. She also called me the next day to see how I was doing.

The office is very clean, the person at the front desk (Emil, I believe) is super nice, he is very knowledgeable, and explains everything. Completely helpful in the initial appointment process as well. Dr. Stoyanova listened patiently to my whole horrible story and then walked me through everything she was going to do. Her assistant (Danielle, I believe) was super friendly and told me exactly what was going to happen right down to each piece of equipment they were going to use. After the initial diagnosis, Dr. Stoyanova thoroughly walked me through my options, providing detail of each one and what to expect going forward. During the procedure both Dr. and assistant were very caring and wanted to make sure I continued to be completely comfortable. My procedure was not rushed, they took their time to ensure everything was as it should be. Nicest staff in a doctor's office that I had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time.

I had an incomplete root canal, done by another endodontist many years ago. Dr. Stoyanova performed a meticulous and miraculous procedure, completing a complicated job on my tooth!

Dr Stoyanova is a caring and an extremely skilled endodontist. She takes the time to explain thoroughly everything before the procedure. Dr Stoyanova and her staff are very pleasant and courteous. If I could I would give Prime Endodontics 10 more stars. Dr. Stoyanova and her staff are so kind and professional. I went in this morning as a nervous wreck. Everyone quickly put me at ease and the procedure was completely painless! It's been 8 hours since the procedure and I'm completely pain free! I am so thankful that this office was recommended to me. I highly recommend Dr. Stoyanova and Prime Endodontics.

While it was determined after X-rays that my tooth needed to be extracted instead of a root canal, Dr. Stoyanova was very thorough in explaining my options. I was sorry that she could not do the procedure because she is excellent. Her assistant, Kristen, is very thorough and kind. I was put at ease immediately.

Dr. Stoyanova and her staff are excellent. My root canal was pain free and they made the visit very comfortable. I have been a physician since 1985 and appreciate a clean well run office with an empathetic doctor. She is very pleasant and explains everything. I would definitely return to Dr. Stoyanova’s care if needed in the future.

Dr. Stoyanova carefully explained what she intended to do and what I should expect. The procedure went well and I had no post procedure problems. She and her staff were courteous and professional.
