what would make this man become such a nasty person, He does not show any sign of being a professional, He does have good skills as a Dentist but he has very bad bedside manner

He is very rude and unprofessional , he doesn’t know how to talk nice to patient. He didn’t fix my problem. The worst doctor office I have ever met
