Let's talk about my tooth #4, one of 12 teeth Dr Blake Showalter has "fixed" for me. It had a cavity and a filling broke loose, snagging my floss. There was also a smell when flossed. Dr Blake said I needed a root canal. I said,"are you sure because it doesn't hurt." He said, "you have 2 choices- leave, let it rot and come back when you want me to pull it, or do the root canal." No explanation. No kindness. I let him do the root canal and crown. I don't like myself for being weak. Then the crown on 4 was away from tooth 3 and caused food to get stuck and hurt my gums. Floss also grabbed the crown at the gumline. The Dr. didn't care about those things. There is still a smell when I floss at the gumline of that crown! And then tooth #3 broke because it is longer than the new crown #4. Chewing with the longer natural tooth caused it to crack off into that gap between the teeth. Bright side? Can't floss back there at all now. I'll review another tooth he "fixed" next.
