A root canal was something I absolutely dreaded for years. I needed to have one done on the advice of my dentist, and I was seen by Dr. McRay two days later. The need for the procedure, after examining the X-Rays and my symptoms was carefully explained by Dr. McRay, who listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He fully explained the treatment and the follow-up. The procedure lasted less than an hour and was completely painless. I have had much more discomfort from having ordinary tooth fillings and crowns. So, this could not have been better. Dr McRay and his staff were very professional and get my highest rating.

I was recently in need of a root canal and having never had one before, I was not looking forward to it. The office manager Stephanie was able to get me in the same day due to pain and swelling. She really went above and beyond putting my mind at ease, getting all the preliminary paperwork expedited, etc. She is wonderful! Dr. McRay is outstanding as well. He really went above and beyond my expectations, answering all my questions prior to the procedure and he did a wonderful job putting my mind at ease before and during the procedure. His dental hygienist Elizabeth is also lovely and a very calming presence. Dr. McRay called me the following day to see how I was feeling and if I was in any pain or had any follow questions. Amazing! Their COVID protocols were also excellent which helped put my mind at ease. Thank you all for a superb job. I will be recommending you to all my friends and colleagues who may find themselves in need of a root canal in the future. Thank you very much.

My root canal failed in less than 4 years! Tooth was extracted and you could see where he completely walked out of the canal at the mid-root location.
