Dr. Billy Sams II, DDS

Dr. Sams and his staff are the MOST caring Dentistry Offices in the Ft. Myers/ Cape Coral/ Estero area! I have never felt more relaxed and confident about my dental exams or cleanings. I actually look FORWARD to going to Dr. Sam's office. I am always greeted with a happy welcome from all of the front-office staff and my hygienist. It is a HAPPY place to be and the work that Dr. Sams does is nothing short of PERFECTION. Both my Daughter and I have had very difficult fillings done that were rejected by other dentists. Dr. Sam's work, has held up perfectly, was painless, and my front tooth filling is completely undetectable when I smile! This office is just THE BEST there is!

Great caring dentist and a wonderful staff

Excellent , kind caring staff ! The few appointments I have had with Dr. Sams since he took over for Dr. Grumbach have been very positive experiences. I like his laid back small town style. He seems very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry.Dr. Grumbach seems to have made a very good choice, we all knew he would ! Looking forward to having an excellent dentist. Suggestion, would like Dr. Sams to use laughing gas for us traumatized older patients, who had bad dental experiences in the 50s.

Highly likely! I was very impressed with his knowledge, skills and mild manner. The combination of all three put you at ease. His pain blocking skills were great! I had a filling replaced today with additional drilling and not one "zinger" of discomfort! Thank you, Dr. Sams! I look forward to you taking care of my teeth for a long time!
