Dr. Bilal Sajid, DDS

I have worn dentures for 40 years and saw Dr Sajid for a full denture replacement in Sep ‘23. They were poorly made and created multiple painful sores in my mouth. After many in person adjustments I requested a refund. He refused but offered to make me a new set. They too created multiple sores so he added a liner to the lower plate. This did not resolve the issue, and the liner cut my tongue and broke down in pieces after 1 week. After 2-3 visits per month for over a year I again requested a refund. Dr Sajid refused and said that “nothing more could be done.” After that he would not take my calls nor return any of my voicemails. I recently saw one of his staff at the store and she approached me to apologize for everything Dr Sajid put me through. My insurance company has filed a grievance with his practice as I am now left with a set of dentures I cannot use and $1,500 out of pocket. Do NOT choose Dr Sajid - his work is terrible and he is entirely apathetic.
