Rude receptionist at front desk on Oct. 10, 2024
I showed up for my appointment on time & she said it was given to someone else because I didn't confirm. I indicated I did NOT get a message on my phone as a reminder (and my phone is working fine). She said if I wanted another appointment, it would be several months out. I indicated that was unacceptable. She said 'well, that's our policy'. I asked her to check with Dr. Patel (to see what could be worked out). Apparently, his answer was no it couldn't. I'm disgusted with the poor attitude from that office girl and disappointed with Dr. Patel.

Everything was friendly and professional
Excellent. The office was friendly, and the hygienist and dentist were professional. As a dentist-phobic patient, I felt comfortable and will definitely make this my dentist of choice.
