Poor bedside manners
She has really poor bedside manners. I was in pain during the procedure and she kept turning my face here and there. Did not even ask me once if I am in pain. Just kept saying, oh why are you sliding away. Absolutely no compassion, did not have answers for me. Did not explain well. Will never return. It is a family business not a caring practice.

Dr. Betty is, by far, the best. I was heading to Mexico for a business trip and broke a crown and tooth down to the gum line. An hour after the tooth broke I was in her chair where she worked a mircalce in rebuilding the tooth so I could make my flight to Mexico without pain and looking like nothing ever happened to a tooth that was highly visible. She is, unquestionably, a miracle worked when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. The best dentist I have ever seen in my 64 years.
