Dr. May does fine dental work and is very kind. She explains very well and my whole family likes her personally. However, her office staff is completely incompetent at filing dental insurance claims, with claims being rejected 4-6 times because they fail to provide the information needed to have them approved. I would give Dr May 4 stars but her staff? 0. This explains my rating of 2.

Dr. May is the best. She took great care of me and my children. Her office staff is fantastic. They feel like a family. Going to the dentist is a pleasure at Delaware Modern Dental.

Dr. May was kind to my children when they were very young. As they got older, her attitude changed and we left her office due to her rude, demoralizing comments and negative attitude. She is a poor dentist and an unkind person.
