Dr. Bernard Greenbaum, DDS

I have had a number of issues with this office, including unnecessary work, materials accidentally left in gums, suboptimal color matching, and difficulty contacting staff. Personnel who had been helpful seem to have left. Visits tend to be more painful than other dentists in part because there seem to be some dexterity issues. And he’s expensive. I will be switching dentists.

Great new patient experience. The receptionist, Grace, was wonderful, very welcoming to the practice, and she even reached out to me to schedule an appointment when one became available because of a cancellation. The dental hygienist, Toni, was very personable and performed an excellent cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Greenbaum is terrific. He takes time (and it is a busy practice!) to introduce himself and get to know you as a first-time patient. The evaluation of my teeth - and mouth - were extremely thorough. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. It was a very satisfactory visit, and I am glad I have chosen this practice.

Everything went fine. The staff took care of me in five or ten minutes. The technician was very good.

Dr Greenbaum and his staff were all so helpful and professional. My initial diagnostic visit was very thorough and Dr Greenbaum really explained everything. Follow up has also great.

It is always a pleasure to be seen at this office. There is never a long wait, you are seen within minutes of your scheduled time. The staff are friendly and engaging. Procedures are explained and as comfortable as dental work can be. The staff know insurance like the back of their hand and costs are explained in advance. No pressure here.

Great practice, excellent staff

Staff needs to improve on good listening & customer service skills. Not friendly office from my first experience. The front office staff names: Grace/Stacy & James All pronounced my surname INCORRECTLY and I stated how I pronounced it but they never CORRECTEd & apologized to me. That's a bad terrible response by the staff. Cindy "mistyped" my simple surname as "KOA" which should have been "Kao" on my file as I was viewing on the tv monitor my x-rays. This should be detail oriented which the staff overlooked. Dr. Greenbaum is fabulous as he took his time to explain to me & I was not rushed by him asking my questions on Dental Implants.

Great service and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommended for snoring and oral appliances.

All procedures I have had have been explained thoroughly, my questions and concerns answered, and tremendous trust in all of Dr. Greenbaum‘s decisions and solutions. His staff is remarkable - Caring and very efficient. Have recommended many family and friends to Dr. Greenbaum over these years.

They have a very friendly group that takes good care of me, including being gentle in their approach.

I was able to ask all the questions I wanted. The visit lasted 2 hours. Everyone was professional. I felt in good hands. The staff was very friendly even if I had to re-schedule several time my appointment. The doctor is knowledgeable and expert in severe apnea and wasn’t pushing for me -rather I had-with arguments about my sleep apnea. He definitely doesn’t push the patient to have something she/he doesn’t need
