Went in for tooth pain, Dr started a root canal and advised me to return for a cleaning prior to finishing the root canal. I scheduled the cleaning and when I arrived at my appointment, I was told they did not accept my insurance for cleanings. I decided not to go forward with the cleaning as I already owed for the unfinished root canal. Temporary filling came out of the root canal, and when I called to schedule the finishing of it (willing to pay $800+ out of pocket) the receptionist decided to schedule my appointment 3 weeks later. Needless to say, the tooth flared up again and I called to see if they could fit me in sooner and was told the delay is with the $100 payment they haven't received yet (receptionist was aware of me BRINGING in the payment at my next visit). This is completely inhumane. I am a traveling nurse during a pandemic. No extra time to stop in prior to apt. I would never let one of my patients suffer over a measly $100 they were planning on paying to begin with.

Went for a cavity filling and ended up with him giving me a root canal without telling me first. He didn’t finish the first time he made me come back a few weeks later to finish. The bill was a lot more expensive then a cavity and I wish he would have told me what he was doing and given me the option to do the root canal or just pull the tooth.

Dr. Eisen seemed to think he had a plan to help my wife and gave us an estimate of $1600 . Halfway thru her treatment Our bill was topping $3000 ,and he gave up , admitting he did not know what to do next, because of his miscalculations, and advised her to seek treatment elsewhere..He also had a colleague he suggested to continue her treatment, after he had already pulled her teeth and tried to put mini implants in her upper jaw even though she had no bone to anchor them to..He is terrible
