Dr Baty is always courteous and professional. The staff is outstanding. Had an issue with insurance and they went out of their way to resolve it.

The billing representative cannot get their billing correct. Office will make an error then blame the customer. I will not recommend this office to anyone!
I have always liked Dr. Baty and his clinical staff, but his clerical people are very unprofessional and have complete lacking in tact or ethics! The clerical staff are ruining your good practice.
