I have never had such a great experience with Dr either I truly recommend him he is the best

Lying doctor will make you sit down on the dentist chair for 1 minute. Gives you a call back and tell you he can’t do it. Cant guve explanations, can’t give any reasons. Avoid at all cost!

Extremely honest and knowledgeable...I had gone to 2 other doctors and was told you need to pull the tooth... Dr Ziegler SAVED it

I’m in so much pain I had to take off from work to get an ASAP root canal appointment. Dr. Ziegler had me in for exactly 90 seconds. He took an x-ray then immediately told me “ok, go out and talk to the receptionist. Bye!” He didn’t even have the decency to give me an explanation. The receptionist tried to explain that he couldn’t do the root canal because he doesn’t have a microscope. I asked, what kind of microscope, what is the name of it so I know what to ask for? She could only respond “just… a microscope.” It sounded like a lie even as she tried to explain it, it didn't make sense. This is a person who SPECIALIZES in root canals for a living. Yet I was required to pay $60! For what, exactly?! To sit me down and boot me out in less than 2 minutes. AVOID at all costs. I wasted time, money, and a day from work to come here. I left incredibly frustrated.

I traveled for an hour to come see Dr. Zeigler for a consultation regarding a complex root canal issue. I do not think he even looked at the x-rays sent from my dentist. He haphazardly thrust an x-ray into my mouth, took one picture that didn't even show the end of the root, and then said, "It's a re-treatment" and walked out. That was IT. NO explanation. NO discussion. NO eye contact. I was totally confused and flabbergasted. I'm going to have to go for another opinion now, which is incredibly frustrating after taking off half a day from work to do this.

He is in my experience the best root canal specialist .I have been to a lot of dentists and even specialists but he is by far the best. My root canal procedure was a breeze with him. Even the pre root canal injections were so smooth I did not feel a thing neither before nor after the root canal. God bless him He is a very skilled and gifted Dr. He is very thorough and to the point The reception staff is OK but Dr. Ziegler is exceptional. I would go to him any time and so would my family if needed. I usually don't post reviews as most of the time not good experiences with doctors but He deserves to be rated 5 stars as he is so good of a Dentist.

I'd not even seen the dentist but walked in to consider an appointment. Building is walled off and has gate to enter it. The receptionist informed me I have to do New xrays again even if I have some from general dentist a few weeks old. She refused to make me an appointment even though I strode in front of her unless I gave a referral. I decided this practice is not for me even though they are nearer to me.

Appointment was on time. Dr. Ziegler was pleasant, professional, and did a great job. His staff were efficient and also pleasant. I would recommend this office.

Benjamin is the must wonderful Doctor friendly diligent Brilliant i have been to other doctors no comparison whatsoever . highly recommended

I would highly recommend Dr Zielgler for Root Canal work. He is an excellent Doctor, and the office is spotless.

I was a bit nervous but everyone was very nice And the Dr. was so gentle I had no pain afterwards Would definitely go back.

Dr Ziegler was terribly rude and nasty, yelling at me and not treating me like a human being. I went to him in pain for a consult and he sent me home without looking at my exrays, saying his secretary will call me at night with results. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to step into his office.

Visits were quick and efficient, procedure was smooth and painless, Dr. Zeigler and his staff were kind and courteous.

my mother had a teeth infection, and this doctor didn't have the consciousness to clear the infection first in order to do the extensive procedure. after 5 months of terrible discomfort she ended in a hospital. The x-rays showed severe dental infection that ended with 2 teeth extractions. The oral surgeon's in GA never saw a terrible dental work like the one Dr. Ziegler performed on my mother, that almost cause her death. I do not recommend this doctor or his office at all!! I have to put 1 star in order to submit this review, otherwise I will give him nothing

Horrible lying personnel Dr. Ziegler you should change your front desk secretaries My husband got a root canal on Thursday before Easter. Dr Ziegler prescribed an antibiotic which I supposed to pick up from the Pharmacy. I never got it, the office didn’t send it to the pharmacy. I called so many times to the office, left massages- nobody answered. We had to go an Emergency room and of course payed additional bills. On Tuesday next week, I finally got a call from Dr Ziegler’s office and the secretary never apologized to me but tried to blame me and the pharmacy for her mistake and her negligence! My advice- don’t go there until secretaries are replaced.

I just had my visit due to painful cavities I had and he is absolutely the best. My dentist recommended him. ANGEL HANDS thank you!!! Two root canals and am recovering nicely. Thank you very much

Excellent professionalism by staff and the doctor. Patient handling is exceptional. Would recommend anyone to visit.
