Outstanding!!
I just met Dr. Rotwein and he was the BEST medical provider I have met in 15 years on the Island. He and his staff are very friendly, supportive and professional. I had a molar extracted and tonite (same day as surgery) I must say I have never been happier. Feeling no pain at all! The procedure was painless and fast. All post-surgical directions were explained very carefully. Dr. Rotwein even called me this evening to check on me. Very very highly recommended!

Exceptional Experience
I read every review, all of which were 5 star reviews, and concur with every one. The staff is friendly and supportive. Everyone was personable and caring, especially Dr. Rotwein himself. He discussed my procedure in detail and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went very well; quick, efficient, and painless. I recommend Big Island Oral Surgery without exception.

Great dental experience
Front desk ladies were very friendly upon my arrival, and it got even better from there. Amazing technology, even 3D x-rays for precise implant placement. I was given choices on how I wanted to proceed and how much each would cost before I made my decision. The procedure was very well explained to me and what to expect after all was done. I was lucky to have them start immediately. Dr. Rotwein pulled my tooth and inserted 2 implants within a very reasonable time with all that had to be done. Very impressive !!! Both he and the nurses were so supportive and caring. I would recommend them to EVERYONE !! Fay Lindsey-Hilo
