Dr. Skaler has a sense of humor and treated me with kindness and consideration. He was able to diagnose my problem and recommend a course of treatment in a short time and was very understanding of my ability to pay. He came up with a plan to help me receive the treatment I needed and outlined a plan to pay my bill. He is a kind and very intelligent human being and doctor.
