I needed an old silver filling redone. Dr. Mizell told me that she would use just a little nocaine. I said I hated nocaine and she asked if I would like her to do the work without it. I said, "Yes, I would." There was absolutely no pain--I am not kidding. She was quick and did a great job. I told her she did the best of any dentist I have ever used.

a new dentist at this office, Dr. Johnson, is superb! She tackled a difficult problem for me. And never gave up until it was solved. I am certain that my insurance did not adequately compensate her for this very difficult procedure.

Dr.Mizell has taken care of my teeth for years. Never had a problem with anything or anyone. In my opinion, she is the best.

The entire staff was awesome!! But, my first impression of the office was the eye to eye contact from Mrs. Gretchen. She was very welcoming, professional and friendly. My seven year old grandson was a little hesitant to meet Dr. Mizell . But, once the doctor walked into the room with her fun warming bedside manners, he was immediately put at ease. I was impressed and comfortable with my experience here, so I decided to switch my entire family this doctor (Dr. Mizell).

Dr. Mizell and her hygienists are great. My kids enjoy going to them. However, the receptionist (Gretchen) is very rude. Every time I have seen her, spoke with her, or called her, I get the same attitude and the same amount of rudeness. I would recommend Dr. Mizell and her hygienists but I would NOT recommend her receptionist. If I or my family were to evaluate this place based on the receptionist, it would be a terrible evaluation, failing!

She was very rude and arrogantly maintained nothing had been done to my child's teeth that had been chipped and restored 3 years ago. Like my wife imagined the entire emergency trip to the dentist...
