Dr. Barbara Janeczko, DDS

Dr Janeczko is a very knowledgeable and caring dentist. She is very gentle and caring. I have no idea what these people are talking about! 5 stars from me !

This was the second time in 2 years years that I went to Barbara's office. I didn't recall what happened the first time. She wouldn't work on me. This time, due to Covid, she took my temp, and told me it was high. I just came from somewhere prior and my temp. was fine! She looked in my mouth, I was there for a cap. She touched my front teeth and told me they were loose. I have a regular dentist, and my teeth are not loose, but his prices are getting too high! So after Barbara told me what she thought, and said she couldn't work on me, I stormed out of the office. In reality, she never has patient's when I arrive. I honestly think her practice is a cover-up for something else!!

I was out in Southampton for a long weekend away from home and had an emergency. I lost a cap on my front tooth Thursday night and in serious pain as enamel/nerves were exposed. I called Dr. Janeczko's office early Friday AM at 9:30 seeking help. They said they could see me at the end of the day and would take my insurance (they were listed online on my BC/SH site). 45 minutes before the appointment and an hour before all dental offices closed in the area, they called me back to say they 1) couldn't take my insurance, 2) wouldn't allow me to pay out of pocket, 3) would not recommend anyone else for me to go to and 4) they couldn't do anything to help me relieve my pain. I was blown away. Aren't doctors in the business of helping people in pain? I've never had such a weird and terrible experience. This doctor doesn't seem to care about helping people. Stay away!
