Dr. Baqir Jaffery, DMD

I’m a new patient who needed a hygiene visit since the office I usually go to told me to wait 7 months for an appointment and had a bad attitude. A friend recommended this office and I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the place. It’s a friendly down to earth staff and a really nice positive vibe. Dr. was considerate and professional and knows what he is doing. I liked my other dentist, but I do feel much more comfortable with this office and the staff and the atmosphere. I returned for composite fixes for recessed gums and it went well. They take my insurance and Dr. Jaffery did great work. All in all a good change for me.

While prepping me for a crown and a route canal that he wasn’t even able to do himself (He sends you off to an Endodonist because he’s not capable of doing route canals apparently), he caused me a lifelong problem that I’m still dealing with three years later and probably will always deal with unless I get another route canal and crown on the tooth next to the one he worked on, which was a perfectly healthy tooth when I went to him. He did such damage to the tooth and my gum while prepping for the crown, then refused to fill it the day he set my crown because he has this weird scheduling thing where he won’t give you enough time in your appointment to do everything that you need done. It’s probably a way to get more money out of people and insurance. He also failed to tell me the condition that tooth was left in and the urgency to return and get it fixed during another visit. He also just tells you what you want to hear and is agreeable instead of the facts. So sorry I went to him.

Dr. Jaffery is totally concerned with you as a patient and as an individual. The fact that he takes the time to call and make sure everything is OK after you have had a procedure represents this and is much appreciated. Dr. Jaffery has a wonderful staff - so pleasant very helpful.

Couldn't ask for a better experience at the dentist. From the friendly and helpful staff to Dr. Jaffery. I've been to a few different dentists prior and he is by far the most skilled that I have been to. He also is the only dentist who actually calls you that same evening after your appt to see how your doing!
