Love Dr Rafiq
After past bad experiences with dentists, I was happy to find Dr Rafiq. She is gentle, caring, definitely 'knows her business,' and has a great staff. I have been going to her about 10 years.

Aysha is very sweet and nice, but not patient-centric and professional. In short, I contacted her for my daughter on psychology today and it took 3 weeks for her to respond, she was 10 min late for the appointment, spent the first 30 min doing admin that typically is done and reviewed prior, scheduled then cancelled appointments, and her office is not a professional environment and actually a little scary. She did have some personal issues, but it remains clear tht she left a person in need feeling rejected and confused. Perhaps Aysha is green and learning.

Judgmental
She's very knowledgeable but very judgmental and passive aggressive. We switched dentists pretty quickly after the first visit.
