My son is a toddler and not an easy patient. This was his first dental visit. The entire staff at Valley Smiles were kind, patient, and reassuring. Many thanks to our rockstar hygienist, Mallory, & Dr. Caldera!!! You're amazing!!!

Dr. Aura is the absolute best! Alexis was very friendly and made us comfortable.

Explained everything she was seeing as well as options. Grateful she wanted to approach a large and intense cavity without anesthesia first as the other pediatric dentist we had seen felt it necessary to do under anesthesia. Very kind, the dental assistant and other staff were very kind.

Gone are the days of scary dentist appts and traumatic memories. We’ve been through it all including cavities partial root canals and now extractions and my kids are never scared to go to the dentist bc of the gentle touch of Dr. Caldera & her staff.

If you and your children want to be happy to go to the dentist and feel better after going then this is your place!! We tried a few other pediatric dentists before finally finding the right place. Dr. Caldera and staff are all super positive, upbeat and honest people. Everything is always explained in a constructive way without any shaming and treatment is conservatively recommended, nothing extra or unnecessary. Honestly, I don't have a single negative thing to say. Scheduling is easy, front desk is as amazing as the hygienists and clinicians. There are TVs on the ceilings for the kids and they get prizes when they are done so my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! When life is full of stress and negativity, don't let the dentist make you feel that way!!! I just want to spread the word because finding the wrong dentist can also have bad lasting effects for a parent and child.

I was incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I didn’t have high expectations for my 2.5yr olds first visit to the dentist. But the office staff was so friendly and the waiting room so inviting that we started off on a great note. Then my son got to pick his toothpaste flavor and a movie (with the tv on the ceiling so he could watch the whole time!) and sit on my lap during the whole cleaning. Reagan was a great hygienist and handled my son perfectly. Dr Caldera was also very kind and professional. I was given great information and advice about my son’s dental care. Then my son got to pick a prize for being such a good boy. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this practice to any parent.

This is the absolute best pediatric dental office! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Aura is so professional and puts the kids at ease. My kids look forward to their visits!

Dr Aura is so gentle and thorough. She and her staff truly care about their patients and my kids love their visits!

It was my daughter’s first visit to the dentist. She is usually a terror at the doctor’s office. She left saying she had fun! They were attentive and took time explaining some concerns. All the staff were friendly. Overall, this was a pleasant visit for us.
