Dr. Sim always greets me with a smile and some conversation to put me at ease before she starts my procedure. She is very thoughtful and caring with her patients. She always asks how I’m doing during my procedures! She works pretty fast but always takes the time to make sure your bite is perfect before you leave.

Today I went in for my regularly scheduled dental cleaning with Cary, Dr. Audrey’s Dental Hygienist. Cary is very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth. I actually look forward to having this done. Thank you, Algonquin Smiles with Dr.Audrey, for being in our community and taking care of all our dental needs.

Ive been to many dentists over my lifetime , I had very bad experiences , but finally I found the right place to go to for all my dental needs.
I’ve never felt more confident at a dentist as I felt at Algonquin Smiles.
Dr. Audrey has a great team, from the Front Desk as your being greeted as you arrive ,to scheduling future appointments as you are leaving. They are all great exp. Dr. Audrey. is caring, she gave me courage , helped me regain my confidence and now I smile again!

Everyone is so nice and kind and welcoming. I had missed my last cleaning (with another dentist), so I knew I was in for it, but it was gentle yet thorough. I recommend anyone to go to Dr. Sim. What a great team!

While I love the work of Dr. Audry and hygienists when the visit is complete they automatically schedule the next appointment without asking what my schedule is for when they made the next appointment. The next step would be billing/payment. At the time of my last visit they assumed my insurance would not cover and i had to pay for my visit in full. (This was just a cleaning and xrays) If that was the case i would want to review services prior to seeing the Dr. And having to render payment.

Dr. Sim and her staff are always professional and expedient with dental cleanings, which I appreciate very much as I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist! The office is pleasant and always clean, and I have no complaints.

My dad took me to get my teeth cleaned and get x-rays. I was nervous but the nice lady who cleaned my teeth made me comfortable. I like going here, and Dr. Audrey was very nice!!
