Painless tooth extraction and directions were explained clearly. Dr Patel was nice and cook and his assisstant was sweet as well. I was in and out quick

I had implants started about two weeks ago. When I arrived for my follow up visit some week later, I was told my appointment had been given away because I had not responded to a text message, or 7. The thing is, I didn't get a text message, and I specifically looked for one. I figured it wasn't necessary, being a follow up appointment. Instead, I've been left for another 5 days at least with stitches that need to be removed, unable to eat without discomfort. Is this customer care? I liked Dr. Patel well enough and his work seems solid. The treatment plan seemed good. This scheduling BS is completely unacceptable.

Amazing office, team & doctor! I had a broken filling that I neglected for too long and needed a root canal and crown. Dr. Patel and his assistant, Rebekah, were so nice and super gentle. I felt comfortable during the entire appointment and my crown looks fantastic! I hadn't chewed on the left side of my mouth in almost 6 months because I was terrified of breaking the tooth. So happy to have my tooth back. The front office ladies are also wonderful - warm and smiling right when you walk in. Beautiful office too. Just a really great experience. I'll be back next week to get a cleaning!

Dr Patel is a good dentist. It's the recording of private conversations in the office manager's room that I find most unsettling. No consent was asked or given for recording of conversations, or distribution of the recording. Enter at your own risk I guess.

This entire dental practice has been amazing from secretary to the dental assistant and the doctor. I had been going to a previous dentist where I had a root canal ,but I was still experiencing a lot of pain to that same region. I sought Dr. Patel for a second opinion and I was able to get a same day appointment . Dr. Patel is excellent, he listened to my concerns ,assessed the situation, developed a thorough plan. He took the time to explain and solve the problem.
