Dr. Arthur Sonneborn, DDS

All about the money! That's what ultimately matters to Dr. Sonneborn. I would never take another child there or recommend them to anyone. Couldn't care less about the well being of his patients. My family went thru some VERY serious trauma in our personal lives. Needed to regroup financially as a suddenly single mom of 5. BEGGED for a meeting to create a new financial plan. Refused to meet, refused to continue treatment. Literally would not have a conversation (after pulling a tooth out in front that didn't really need to be pulled, that caused my son embarrassment humiliation). Found Hersh & Beattie Orthodontics in West Bloomfield an hour away. Told them our situation. They removed the old braces, started us over on a plan we could afford. Yesterday, with $5,000 paid in full, my son had his braces removed and has a PERFECT smile! They cared about my child's emotional well being and confidence. They cared about our situation. Find an orthodontist who cares about more than $$.

We had a great experience with Sonneborn and his staff. We had brackets come off or a wire need trimming and they were great about taking care of it. Staff was friendly and professional.

Everyone who works there is very friendly. They did great work on making sure I had a good time during it, music playing, free WiFi, old Video Games, food, water & caprisuns, free t-shirts and headbands, and much more! This place is amazing. Dr. Sonneborn has created an amazing experience. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Dr. Sonneborn did a wonderful job straightening the teeth of all three of my children. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff! He keeps current with the latest technology, and is conscientious - even to the point of testing out new appliances on his own teeth to see how his patients would feel. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed, and the oral surgeon commented that her teeth were "perfectly aligned," and that "Dr. Sonneborn's work was spot-on!"

We are so happy with the results we ended up with two beautiful smiles! Dr Sonneborn and his staff are wonderful and we would recommend them if you need the orthodontist.

The entire office is totally friendly and it is very enjoyable going there.A fun environment. I was initially , not excited about braces but, they have made them totally painless and easy to live with. Dr. Sonneborn is extremely caring and conscientious.

Dr. Sonneborn and his staff are amazing. They worked out payment arrangements and did not charge me for all those extra appointments to fix the broken hardware that my Son so frequently had over a four year period. Many times they squeezed us in on short notice to keep my Son comfortable when he broke something. My Son now has a smile he can be proud of and matches his handsome face. Thank you Dr. Sonneborn and staff for all that you did to reveal his handsome smile!

I went to Dr. Sonneborn after my bite had shifted and was causing me a lot of jaw pain. Dr. Sonneborn explained to me what he could do to fix it and exactly what to expect in layman terms. He was right on point. In less than a year I was out of braces with my problem resolved and a smile to prove it! He and his staff are so helpful and friendly they made the experience a breeze! Dr. Sonneborn truly cares about his patients. I would recommend him for any orthodontic needs. He not only straightens teeth but does excellent corrective work. So thankful that both of my kids were treated by him because of the extensive corrective work they needed. He always took extra time to explain what his goals were throughout the process.
