Dr. Shyn and his staff took Covid-19 pandemic very seriously. The wait area is super clean with hand sanitizer easy to reach. Patients wait in their car for their turn. The patients flow control is done perfectly to avoid any unnecessary covid risk. I have visited Dr. Shyn’s office 4 times since the beginning of the pandemic. Dr. Shyn and his hygienist were always warm and patient. And the job was always done efficiently and thoroughly. I appreciated their high professionalism during this difficult pandemic.

We've gone to Dr. Shyn for about 2 years since he took over our old dentist's practice. He has seen on us on a weekend once to fit our schedule and we feel he is always reachable. He is a knowledgeable HONEST dentist with integrity. I am a wuss sometimes but he is very patient and gentle. He takes the time explain exactly what he's doing. I have gone to the same hygienist there for about 16 years and you won't find a better one! You can't go wrong with choosing Dr. Shyn and his staff.

I had problems after getting a crown and it had to be removed two times. I ended up having to get a root canal. Dr Shyn referred me to an Endodontist and the root canal was performed on the wrong tooth. Dr Shyn then wrote me a personal check for this.
