Dr. Anthony Pagano, DDS

I had an appointment today at 10:30am and I arrived late to due a traffic detour. Upon arrival I completed the check in form signed my initial. My temperature was not taken. The secretary informed me she wasn’t sure how much time was left since she had another appointment. I entered the doctors office. Dr.Anthony Pagano had my file open to which he stated “I don’t deal with abuse from any patient” I was quiet during the entire duration of this speech. The doctor than continued to state you even visited another doctor “that was very premature” of you. He continued raising his voice at me and eventually closed his office door, after his power trip. This doctor was out for sometime due to medical reasons and during the interim I sought dental care due to an emergency. He also continued raising his voice at me as his secretary watched. He continued berating me until I stepped away and just asked the secretary for my file. At no point did anyone take the accountability to offer an a
