Dr. Anthony Osei, DDS

Dr Osei came highly recommended from a friend of mine as I needed my daughters to be seen while home from college. He saw my three teenage daughters. Was very thorough in his exam, in explaining their treatment needs and in doing their treatment. From start to finish I was very impressed with him. His office is a bit of of a drive but so very much worth it.

Didn't finish my procedure. Always cancells on me one hour before my appointment. I've missed work and taken antibiotics before appointments, just to be canceled on. I waited 4hrs at his Potranco location, just for his staff to call me back into a chair, like I was going to be seen, and then sit me down for another hour. Then I go ask whats going on, and they tell me he's doing a full set of implants, at 6pm! My appointment was at 1. Worse part is staff was talking about patients, and I was not the only one waiting.

I am NOT impressed with Dr. Osei or his staff. I have been dealing with him & his staff since December 4th 2018, trying to get dentures that fit. I have been back numerous times to get them adjusted with no luck. They still don't fit right. I am tired of going back & him canceling or not being in the office. If i make an appointment i expect him to be there, but he is not always there & the staff doesn't call to tell me that, they wait until i get there. I am so done with him & his office. NOT going back & NOT recommending him to anyone.

Mistreated me , delay,no commitment,schedule cancelation many times,wrong procedures ,he left my final process which supposed I got it last April and went to San Antonio without any courticy to let me know or answering my calls . I am going to file lawsuit for violating my right as patient , for the sever pain and for paying too much money without finish the treatment. I don’t recommend the doctor to anyone.
