What a poor experience. 1) They aren’t taking new Medicaid patients. 2) They sell you an Alpha Dental plan, you pay for it on your credit card, then suddenly at your appointment 2 days later they don’t accept the plan they advertised. 3) The front desk receptionists fail to take responsibility for providing false information, blaming Alpha Dental when they are the ones who gave me the info on a typed sheet with agent code 005. Thanks for wasting my precious time and hard earned money. I fulfilled the appointment on my end, but can you say you did the same?? I ought to charge YOU GUYS for missing MY appointment. You ladies should be ashamed of yourselves! I’ll never come back and will be leaving reviews so people know what kind of bait and switch business this place is doing.
