they suck. very inefficient. beware of the assistant......she thinks that by talking a million miles an hour it makes her sound efficient. it was almost impossible to keep up. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ELDERLY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO HER....THEY'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HER.
