Finds problems the first visit. Then problems don’t exist next visit. Not up front about cost. Also overcharges even with insurance.

The staff are awesome. From the time you enter the office until you leave you are taken care of by everyone on staff. Dr Fay is great. She is very professional and very good. I would highly recommend Dr Fay.

During that time the treatment I have received has been exemplary and valuable, and above all else, is definitely extending tbe life of my teeth. I saw Dr McKenzie. She was great. Fully explained my procedure, took time for questions and gently completely the deep cleaning. The entire staff from the front desk to the dental assistant, Leslie were friendly and welcoming.

Dr Fay & her assistant (I’m sorry I forgot her name) were great today. I came in to start my perio treatments. I was feeling good today in spirits as I had just lost my fiancée to COVID a month ago. They let me get some things off my chest that I really needed to do. My treatment today was filled with great conversation & laughter. I will definitely continue my treatments here & any further issues I may have that need their attention.

Dr. Fay has always made me feel comfortable and is very willing to patiently answer my questions and work with my dentist.
