If we could give zero stars, we would, not the dentist but their staff. Two times in a row they did not handle things right with an appointment. For each appointment, when we take Don out of the assisted care living facility he is in, he hast to go into self isolation quarantine for a minimum of 72 hours. The first time the dr. was out sick and we had an Appointment. We had given them updated information for contacting us. They didn’t update their system, and when they needed to change the appointment, they were contacting people who are no longer responsible for Don’s care. So we get him out of the assisted living facility, don’t have an appointment anymore, and he doesn’t isolation for three days. The second appointment, both Don and I heard 10 AM. But they said it was at noon. Waited for hours. Terrible office staff.
