Dishonest
His dishonesty and unprofessional character is what stood out to me. I would not trust this provider at all.

Scam/ Terrible place
Came for a first time exam and cleaning. Was told they do free whitening for new patients which is the only reason I went. Before anyone even looked at images or X-rays the hygienist guy within a matter of 3 min said I defiantly had 4 cavities. the back 2 molars on both sides of my upper jaw. The face I haven't had dental issues since I was a kid this was alarming and the speed/ swiftness of telling me I had to fix it. They wanted me to come back the next day and they told me I had to pay a deposit to schedule the apt. I figured I would pay the whole thing since it was only 12 hours later. But once I left I just couldn't stop feeling like something was off. I went down the street to my normal dentist who for free did X-rays and informed me I just had 2 sealants that needed to be touched up, and that I had no cavities. Now im trying to get a refund and it's been 2.5 weeks. They will only issue a check refund instead of on my card/ saying they physically can't issue refunds. Terrible

I got clear correct teeth straightening done years ago. I opted for the permanent retainer which had to be fixed 3 months later. Fast forward another 3 months and half of them were falling off, my gums are incredibly inflamed because of it. Now I have to pay another dentist again to have the retainers removed and the treatment done again because of his office's shoddy work.

Completely unethical to charge me the Groupon Fee, and then charge my insurance for the same procedure. This dishonest "team" also encourages patients to write good reviews in exchange of a free whitening pen.

I needed to escalate treatment issues directly to Dr. Chang on multiple occurrences throughout my ClearCorrect treatment. However, by then it was too late and painful revisions were needed, extending my treatment by over a year. I was left to foot the hefty bill when his office made billing errors, and then they lied about what was wrong until I called the insurance company directly. Stay far away if you value your teeth or your money!

Very rude front office. Dawn incorrectly entered my insurance and over charged me. Martha was taking impressions that only the doctor should have done. Will never return to this greedy office.

Dr. Chang's practice is extremely disorganized and his staff is unreliable. For going on 3 months, they have not followed up with my insurance company's requests for more information on pending claims. They also never sent the scans they took of my teeth to their lab, so I've been sitting here with a temporary crown in my mouth for 90 days. Also, Dr. Chang's office policy is that he will not place the permanent crown until your insurance pays him. I could go on and on - it's all a big $$ scam.

Dr. Andy Chang of Elite Dental Associates was rushed and hurried in my exam. I was told O have nine cavities which I knew ther was no way this was true. I went to another office in Richardson and the dentist informed me I only had two cavities. I even sent my xrays back to my dentist in Kansas City and they agreed I did not have nine cavities. The ladies at the front desk, Jenna and Dawn were not very friendly either.
