I was referred to Dr. Kuo for my root canal problem by my dentist.
For the consultation, I was charged $175 and was quoted a price over $3,000. Before of the amount, I didn't want to commit to the procedure right the way. I also wanted to check out the references/reviews of Dr. Kuo. I asked him if I could apply the consultation to the charge if I decided to have the procedure, I was told "only if you have it in two weeks".
I was pretty turned off by the pushiness of a doctor. Not the professio
