Can't get a respond from anyone in the office
Well, I don't know how people are supposed to become one of his patients when you can't get a response from anyone in the office! I have left at least 2 voice mail messages (one last week and one this week) as you can't get a live person at all, have completed their online appt. request, called multiple times, and finally sent an email message this afternoon. No response. They are only at the location 2 days a week, which I was willing to work with, but if you can never get in to see him makes no difference how good he is. So looks like I have to move on to find a different dentist who I can actually get an appt. with.

We've been using Dr. Herwig's practice for 15 years. The transition from son to father was seamless and the underlying team hasn't changed. We use them for our kids as well.
