My experience has been disappointing for the only two encounters I had, first I had a filling procedure and work was not done properly and material were placed all over and between my teeth such that I had to return and get numb to remove them. In my second experience, I was told that an old crown is needed to be replaced and based on X-ray he cannot make decision and needs to remove the old crown to make a final decision if he can save the tooth. I agreed and as the process progressed he said that he can do it. The crown lasted few months, and once we reached out for some responsibility, doctor declined. There is always possibility of mistake in any job and procedure but there has to be accountability and responsible behavior afterwards.
